The Myjava Housing Enterprise manages a total of 101 apartment buildings with 2,295 residential and non-residential units in Myjava and the surrounding area. With such a large number of owners, regular communication is essential — not only electronically, but also through in-person working meetings.
For this purpose, the Myjava Housing Enterprise regularly organizes an Open Day. The most recent one took place on June 10, 2025, in the meeting room of the Myjava Municipal Office, attended by 58 out of 94 representatives of owners, representing a 62% participation rate.
The main item on the agenda was to provide information on prices and billing for the previous period. A detailed presentation was given on the calculation of heat prices, the determination of the final consumer rate, and the methodology of service cost allocation in apartment buildings.
The meeting continued with a presentation by OTIS, which introduced current trends in information systems related to elevator service and operation. The company FAMUS presented options for cleaning, repair, impregnation, and protection of façade systems in residential buildings. Finally, the company RESITECH introduced innovations in electronic communication for online voting and demonstrated the application in practice.
Similar meetings with representatives of apartment owners are also planned at the sister company Prvá teplárenská in Holíč.
